Automatic Fish Feeding Machine
我设计的机械主要是考虑了一个自动的喂鱼，同时还能保证饲料的干燥性，尽量保证所用成本的低廉，经过考虑决定采用一个简单的齿轮机构带动偏心轮从而引起一个滑块机构的往复运动来满足一个送料的过程。本机构参照了一个牛头刨床往复运动的机构，这样一个机构主要是满足了结构简单同时又能完成送料，而干燥则采用直接在料箱中放入一个独立的干燥箱，出料口由于送料的结束而自动关闭保证了饲料的干燥。
The machinery I devise mainly takes into consideration the automation of feeding the fish as well as the guarantee for the aridity of the feeding stuff and the costs as low as possible; after consideration it has been decided that a simple gear mechanism is used to drive the eccentric wheel in order to result in the reciprocating movement of a slide block mechanism that can complete a process of sending the feeding stuff. This mechanism has made reference to the mechanism of reciprocating movement in a squaring machine, and such a mechanism mainly meets the demand for simple structure and the ability to complete the process of sending the feeding stuff; while an independent drying cabinet is directly put into the box of the feeding stuff to realize the aridity, and the aridity of the feeding stuff is guaranteed by the automatic closure of the discharge hole with the ending of the process of sending the feeding stuff.
本机构通过一个PLC系统来控制一个饲料的投喂时间，PLC控制电机的一个转动，电机带动齿轮机构，齿轮机构带动一个曲柄滑块机构来完成一个送料过程。PLC程序的定时循环也就保证了这个机构的一个定时的饲料投喂，从而完成整个的一个任务要求。
This mechanism controls the feeding time of the feeding stuff through a PLC system; the PLC controls a single spin of the electric motor which drives the gear mechanism that drives a crank and slide block mechanism to complete one process of sending the feeding stuff. The timing circulation of the PLC program guarantees the mechanism's one feeding at a definite time, and the demand for completing a whole task has therefore been met.
