急求英语作文Why should we learn English
[Dear friends, it is known to all that English is the most widely used language in the world. There are many advantages for us to learn English well.]
First of all, I don't want to push you to believe me, but hopefully after listening to this presentation, you'll get the idea why English is so important and try to make effort to learn it well as what I'm doing right now. As a student, a career path that fits our personality and interests is the ultimate goals after all these education we're taking. However, it's getting really competitive out there to get an ideal job with awesome income. So, at this point, it's critical to improve ourselves at the beginning line to catch up and gain more competitive advantage. Meanwhile, it's always good to know more about different cultures by learning English. Although it might not be that obvious to see the difference by just sitting in the classroom and learn the textbook English, it could be imagined that going to a different country and communicate with foreigners. In this way, we can get access to more culture by knowing English and express ourselves in English. Furthermore, I believe all you guys watch English movies in your leisure time, but I don't think most of you can understand the movies without the subtitles. Thus, given a foreign movie without subtitle, but still want to enjoy it requires English skills. Last but not least, I think the most prevailing reason for you guys is gaining more opportunities to enter a famous university, it's our current education system after all.
